    SQUATS exercises!! Oh my gosh !!! You will be sore for awhile. I always feel like I get the best workout when I do legs and squats are in the workout. Stretching is great to help you get better.

    Exactly! The past is past--nothing you can do about it, so move on, focus on what you can do. Other wise you'll just feel defeated and give up. I'm glad that you got back into the swing of things. I worked out today as well and am feeling pretty good. :D emoticon

    Hey I've been good!

    That is so great that you did the step class! I cancelled my gym membership. The only thing I like doing were the group classes such as kickbox and step, but the times didn't fit into my work and college schedule. I've been working out at home doing intense cardio dance videos and My Fitness Coach for Wii. I love it because it's fun and the time goes by really quickly! I can burn 600+ calories in 60 minutes! Anyways. In the last 7 days I lost 2 pounds and I'm finally beginning to get out of my plataeu I was in. If you ever hit that point where you are dieting and exercising and you stop seeing the scale drop, i've learned its TIME to change it up. Work out different days and do different workouts. Also you want to make sure you don't go UNDER your daily calorie intake, and OVER your calories burned.. I found out if you do, your body basically goes into starvation mode and prevents you from losing fat!

    anyways, time to stop rambling! You should check out the TEAMS I belong to, and joing the BIKINI BOOTCAMP challenge. it starts this Sunday =D
