    I haven't seen Go wear sport will have to check it out I'm in Toronto, have a lot of Dry Fit Wick Fiber running stuff and Mizuno line that heats up when you sweat great for running out in the cold winter,not good for Hot Yoga my newest cross training adventure.

    Hi,

    I just got my GoWearFit on Sunday, so Monday was my 1st day. I saw your post about HRM calories being a big higher than GWF and so on. When you track your calories out ( per HRM) do you go by your GWF to see what range you need to be at.
    I would love to get some more feedback, because my GWF is telling me that I burn crazily high calories, so I am not sure if that's the truth ( I do work out a lot!) or over-estimated. Can you e-mail me a sample day of your caloric intake, your calories burned from exercise per HR and your GWF readings? So, basically, the deficit created and if you do loose weight and how much per week??? I saw your blog about OCD and it seemed like you're really accurate and it woudl just help me so, so much!
