Introduction Text Edit: I have to do lower intensity exercise only when I can now. We have a diagnosis to intense migraines, they are called Hemiplegic Migraines, they mimic strokes, and they knock me down for a couple months. Takes me forever to recover. They are very scary. Still trying to get back to my old self. I am still around the same weight between 5-7 pounds thankfully even with all the medication. But I'm still fighting. I know better health and finding all my triggers will help me. I got this. Been suffering on and off with various things. Between my carpal tunnel in both hands, which thankfully had surgery on my right hand last November, and now since February chronic migraines, it's been very challenging lately. But I'm still here and still trying. Been bouncing up and down the same 5 or so pounds. But I'm still here, and still won't give up. I love my Awesome A's! You guys are wonderful. Unfortunately due to the migraines, running is going to be put on the back burner, any high intensity workout isn't allowed for the time being because it makes them worse. So only low intensity. Which has me down, but one day I'll be back running. Believe me.

Exercise: Low intensity exercise due to limitations from neurologist and doctors. Nutrition: Eating healthier, more fruits, vegetables and cooking at home.
