    Hey you! Thanks for stopping by my blog and for such a nice compliment! As far as Jillian is concerned, I did her 30-Day Shred for a solid month, then did it sporadically for another month. Now I'm doing her Yoga Meltdown a few times a week to mix things up a bit.
