BACK TO THE WHAT I KNOW...THE BASICS!!!
I know how to do this. I've done it before. So I just have to buckle down and do it. There is no quick fix, no magic pill, no fad diet that works for me. I have to get down to the basics. Get my meal plans in order and sit down and right out my workout plan. That is all I did before and it worked. So I am a little upset with myself for wasting all this time when I already know what works for me. But I can't sit around and cry over it. It is time to get up and brush myself off and get down to ...

3. Will include Insanity Max 30 and Gym workouts

� Rest on Sundays and weigh in on Mondays

NO SODA & BREAD
