December Goal: Be out of 220's by Christmas!

I love my body. It's amazing, the things it has done and continues to do. I have birthed 4 beautiful healthy babies. Gone through surgeries and more FOR those babes. We welcomed 4 babies in 4 years (yes there is a set of twins) :) But now? I feel wrecked, embarrassed at how I haven't taken care of this wonderful body God gave me. I'm proud of the work I've done taking care of my family, but I catch myself in the mirror sometimes or a picture and think - who IS that girl??
So starting today - I'm showing up. I've been telling myself for awhile - if I just had this program, or this shake, this gym membership... things would start to work. But the bottom line is nothing is going to work unless I DO THE WORK. And DOING the work doesn't mean I have to invest in any of those things that costs extra money we don't really have at the moment. So here I am - showing up - and ready. It's not going to be as easy as it was BC (before children) but it's going to be worth it. I work full time, have an awesome family and wonderful friends. I'm going to keep it simple. Count my calories. Choose activity over being sedentary. And give myself a little bit of grace. :)
