It's 2018 WOW, probably no many people around here but i want to update because, coming back to this page just made me see how with around a 9 year difference, my essence is the same, still fighting those demons!

4 years ago i got to be 198pounds, oh so precious onederland, i dad losted almost 45pounds in a 2 year period. between starting a new relationship and coping with life, i gained ALL BACK and plus a 10 more pounds because 40 pounds back were not enough!.

I need to remind myself how hard i work each time to stop this from happening again.. i'm on the road to get back to that place from 4-5 years ago.

I'll keep my original Bio just for the sake of it

It's almost 2011!!! :O Gosh!!!

Sad... but LOL... today is Nov15th,2010... i started a new journey, this time with major help, let me give u some updates on ME:

-I'm Aileen a 25 yo, engineer, but most important DREAMER
-I've been going to the gym since April 2009... i've seen no major changes because of my on/off commitment to going every month...
-I'm currently 231lbs HUGE!!!, as i said before... i went out for help.. i just realized(wish this time is for good) i need to keep on a plan in order to succeed... what happens after we'll see.

According to the doctor i'm seeing right now, my body complexion itself is 131lbs heavy, so my healthy weight is around 168... hmmm stills sounds big(being there) but being as where i'm right now... 168 seems like PRECIOUS!!

So.. i can't promise to update my profile that much... but i'll do my best!

Hi! my name is Aileen ..I'm 22 years old..

I've done any diet/program that's been on my way to lose weight since '98 (13 y/o) and i have done it but in the end i always end up gaining back what i'd lost (and more)...

Weighing as ever in my life, I'm in the turning point...SICK of being always the fat one in the group!.. i'm willing to feel and look better and to live in a healthier way..
so for now it's a race until graduation time.. the count it's on until mid september...let's see how it goes!!

Fitness Minutes: 560

My Goals:
-To lose 60lbs by July 25,2011 (that's my 26bday)

-Go to the gym AT LEAST 3 times a week(even if that means i've to go on weekends)

-DRINK LOTS OF WATER! (at least 8 glasses a day)


My Program:
-11/25/10-:1000cal Meal Plan

-Gym on: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

-weigh in SUNDAY mornings

-Weight Control every 15days



Personal Information:
My first language it's Spanish, but i speak english and french too !=)

I would love to ALWAYS be as happy as i can be, by being confident...

I would love to become a surfer in a near future, 'cause i loooovee the beach!

I love taking pictures! It's my hobbie and hopefully someday i would make art of it!



Other Information:
I'm very friendly and try to cheer others life
at least with a smile XD

I love to talk A LOT!!!
