    Welcome to SP Rosemarie. It was great to get your message.
    If I can give you one piece of advise, it would be to make small goals and work on them one at a time. You have set yourself a great goal of losing 118 lbs by Summer 2008 and that's awesome. You may find it a little overwhelming at times to think of how far you have to go. You might find it easier to stay motivated if you break it down into 1-2 month increments. It's a lot easier to look at a goal of losing 15 lbs and see that 1 or 2 lbs lost in a week is real success towards that goal.

    hi rosemarie thank you for adding me to your friends list i have also added you lets make this weight journey together it takes one step at a time and i also know about having cakes and snacks for the house full of kids but you know you need to take care of you and iof your changing your diet maybe they will also enjoy the change in the snacks frozen grapes are delicious any frozen fruit it delicious also and it cuts down on craving hugs and thanks for adding me again to your list lenny in vegas

    Welcome Rosemarie ! Everyone is very supportive here. You will do well. My advice is read the articles. They will give you good tips on fast food and healthy snacking. Take it slow. Weight loss takes time. If you screw up, start over again. We didn't get out of shape and heavy overnight! We won't get in shape and loose weight overnight! That's my plan and I'm sticking to it!
