ROSE'S FITNESS & WEIGHT LOSS
Not lifting weights at high school, no summer session but swimming a mile in complex pool 4-5 days a week. Diving again, water is warmer. Using 15 lb weights when I go up and down stairs and do arm curls, hammer etc a few times a week. I tore the miniscus in my left knee and was not able to do much for about 6-8 weeks except work. I have to get re motivated.
