Hi I'm Rose, My time is now to change things for me. I'm tied of the sore knees and being tired all the time from lugging this extra weight around.
Making my health a priority as of today. I seem to get over whelmed and then quit, so I am going to change that as of today. Yesterday is over with and I start today fresh. I'm tired of beating myself up for failing. Time to get to a good place and start getting healthy again.

New goals.
Calorie range is 1200-1400
Stop stress eating.
Started swimming, ride my bike, walking.
Cut down on sweets and carbs, drink more water daily.
Eat more protein and healthy fats.
Track on SP and weigh in weekly.
Think positive, and make it happen.

My Program:

Eating 3 meals daily,plus 2 snacks to keep blood sugar stable.
Drink less coffee daily.
Eat healthy fats daily,along with fruits and veggies.
Drink 6-8 glasses of water/green tea daily.

I will be using my mini trampoline,stationary bike,dumbbells,
bands, plus swimming and walking and riding my bike.
