    Hi Ronelle! Glad to hear about you! :o) . Let me tell you Im a little sad because my weigh in was last tuesday, just lost 1/2 a pound. Im not mad because I know I didnt do right things the weekends. I havent fail to go to Curves, and even went 4 times instead of 3 times 2 weeks, the healthyness in my meals hasnt been what they should. I felt I got too confident about exceeding the cals and that doing excercise will burn them anyway. Somehow it helped but dont know if now Ive got more muscle or I my food went too far. Well this tought me I shoud not be so confident and should go bach to watching carefully my carbs.
    Sorry to hear u are having too much work. Sometimes we need that extra money or maybe work becomes too demanding. Try to go back to your trackings and give yourself the time you deserve to yourself. Stress is a bad companion when talking about losing pounds. You are a strong young girl dealing with a family and work together . Remember all the pounds you lost, at least try not to get them back. I know this is easy to say but hard to do. Dont hesitate in writing if you feel bad, I can understand. I raised my daughter almost alone, and she is having a very hard time too with her 2 girls ( 9 and 6). You can count on me if you want , at least with words and advises.

    Well that is cool!!! I just started today to use my weight watchers slider. I haven't used it in like three years. LOL I just thought I'd try that again, we'll see. I am doing good, not dieting very well but I haven't gained but two pounds! However, I know that's not GREAT. LOL But I am going to try the slider points once again and see how that goes. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

    Wooooooowooo!!! Congrats..I´m really happy for you..that´s GREAT! Dont miss your excercise in Curves, keep moving..that will help A LOT even if you dont track meals. It would be better if you diet a bit, just make a little effort,you will see the results. I was thinking in writing to you these days, I remember your weigh in is around the 20's. Mine will be this Friday. Hope it goes well, my clothes keep telling me so. Havent lose too much in pounds, but I feel the tummy is a little thiner. For my age I cannot lose the same as I was younger, but I've learned now that its better to lose slowly (not too much). I´ve done every diet in the world, and alway regain pounds. Curves gave me the key, when I stoped excercising it took me a while to regain, but as I exceeded by a lot what I was eating, of course I regain weight. Im very happy now that I restarted Curves.

    Hey I am sorry, I haven't been on here in a while. I did bad last week and didn't go to the gym or anything. So far this week I haven't gone at all yet either. I have so much stuff to do it's not funny. I had a friend the other night who was depressed and wanted to hang out for a while, so I went over her house, she couldn't come to the gym with me cause she has no one to watch her kids. So I went over there the other night, and tonight I have a predeployment brief that I have to go to. I can try to go after the brief but I don't know what time it closes. I think they close at ten, but the brief won't be over till then... anyhow... I have been so busy! So what have you been up to? How have you been doing? I bet you I gained back all the weight I just lost. LOL I heard that if you do weight watchers point system it will work wonders for you to lose weight. I think I am going to try that. Not sure yet though. Well talk toyou later. Nicki
