I am a certified health coach, SAHM, homeschooler, and LOVE to play pool! I am 49 (50 in August 2020), with an 11 year old, an 8 year old, and a 22 year old. I started gaining weight shortly after marriage, however, was never able to lose the baby weight from child #1. With child #2, a week after delivery I was down to 155 (which I had not seen in over a decade). Conceiving #3, I was up to 180 and a week after delivery I was down to 160. Now, I am at 197 and I NEED to get down to at least 130! I have tried everything and the only thing that has allowed me to lose ANY weight was extended fasting. I am starting my journey again with a colon detox so that I can start absorbing nutrients correctly.

I like to read, however, with a one year old...it is kind of hard. I like reading financial books, mostly Robert Kiyosaki, anything health related, and I love psychology books. My favorite book is Blink.
