    Low calorie range is good but where's your lunch? You came to me at boxing with no food!? I don't know when you ate your pumpkin bread and seeds, but please make sure you eat a granola bar or something before you come to class. Otherwise your body will give up muscle and not fat.

    I know you said you had a migraine but make sure you get enough in.

    Oh yeah, I forgot to say: red robin has wraps for half the calories of almost all of the burgers!! And if you need a shake, get a small or share :)
