    12/27: So did you end up eating a burger at home? What fat % of your beef did you use? Your burger was 592 calories.. (still better than a lot of restaurants) but seems very high.

    12/26: Hoooraaaay veggies. But not a lot of physical food to fill tummy :(

    12/25: holiday goodness... are you sure it was even that high?
    12/24: same

    12/23: Eggplant lasagna, great. Lots of snacking.

    12-22: Lots of veggies!! ( I think I already looked at this one) cuz it had candy, ice cream, chocolate..

    Here's the deal Craig, if you seriously want to drop weight and if you need to splurge pick one thing. Not multiple things. SO: now that Christmas is over, lets try to buckle down ok!! :) We need to fill you up with healthy stuff; cuz I bet you've been hungry!

    Good meals but you're snacking a lot! It's putting you over 2,000 calories so watch it if you want to really lose weight. I know its holiday time so really watch that after the holiday is over. Cookies and twix. You might want to snack, which is fine but eat healthy snacks. You're eating a lot of protein bars, which is good but still leave you hungry. Add some veggies like carrots and humus. Or fruit like your banana or oranges.

    17th- good catch on the doritos. It's ok to have some, just watch how much.

    Good lunch. Ok dinner. Calories are a little high but that's ok to do that sometimes as long as it's not most nights.

    Awesome on calorie range 18th. Cheesecake... again....
    Good choices on lunch. Got some fruit in!! Yaay! Get Angi to do that!

    But dinner... mr. EAT SOMETHING ELSE BESIDES CEREAL ALL THE TIME!

    Pizza is very tricky! But because you missed breakfast, doesn't mean that you can't eat more... you need to eat some nuts or something later. What is your calorie range?

    Setting an alarm to help you remember to eat will be helpful! I hope that the sleep study helps.
