Howdy! I'm Robin! I finally decided I was done with excuses not to be healthy. I have over one hundred pounds to loose and plan to do it one pound at a time. I'm a single, with no kids, school teacher. Yep - the stereotypical old maid school marm. I love my work and my life except for health issues. My hope is that Spark People and I can work together to make a healthier me.

Howdy! I'm Robin! I finally decided I was done with excuses not to be healthy. I have over one hundred pounds to loose and plan to do it one pound at a time. My Goals:
#1 GOAL: Increased health
- be able to run and play with my nieces and nephews
- be able to be more active
- be able to participate in walks for autism, arthritis, and other causes
My Program:
-Watching calories
- At least 5 fruits and vegetables and 8 glasses of H2O each day
- Exercising at my current ability level
- Practicing slow intentional eating
-Prayer! Prayer! Prayer! and Thanksgiving! -Guidance and motivation from Sparks People

Thank you for the lap top! I would rather be going back to school as normal, but I know it isn't really safe for us right now. I hope we can safely go back soon! Good luck with the new school year!
