My Goals:
Get my blood sugar back down to a healthier range. A1C under 6
Take off enough weight that my feet don't hurt so much! How about 45 pounds?!
My Program:
Stay in my calorie range while following my 90/10 rule for healthy/not as healthy food.
Walk, bike, swim, get to where I can run again. At least 3-4 days a week.
Strength train 2-3 times a week.
