    Its definitely "I had a great workout" soreness.... no injuries. So should I just push through? I've got some major cramps today so I took some ibuprofin a few minutes ago...so maybe that will work double time and help relieve some of my muscle soreness lol

    Thanks SO much for your nice words on my blog the other day. Knowing that me getting back on track helps to motivate you, just makes me that much more determined to STAY on track. Now it's you motivating me! I'm so glad we are back at working on our health and that we can motivate each other to keep on track! I think the hardest part is the "starting over" again feeling and getting back into a routine...so this next month or so might be a struggle but once it passes we'll start to feel like our old healthy selves again and this month of struggles will be nothing but a memory in our past :)
