Hi Everybody! In October of 2011, I started my Spark journey and managed to lose 25 pounds. I maintained for about 4-5 months, and then slowly, pound by pound, it crept back. I've still incorporated outdoors, exercise, and nutrition in my life, but obviously not enough! Example: I love to eat healthful foods, unfortunately I also love to eat non-healthful foods! I love to exercise, but I also love to curl up with my blanket and watch Hulu!

I finally can't ignore the scale, mirror, the way my clothes fit, or most importantly, the way I feel. Time to get back at it!

My Goals:
To get back to a healthy BMI

To re-achieve my goal weight of 130 pounds

To get back into running, beginning with a 5k race which is on Thanksgiving Day


My Program:
Being active outdoors, gym workouts, Ripped in 30 (Jillian Michaels) workouts, and yoga classes. As of right now, no specific order or overall program, just trying to improve my overall health and fitness and also enjoy myself a bit



Personal Information:
My husband of four years is my rock, my family (including 5 younger brothers) are also very important to me. I love helping with people. I work in physical therapy and love every bit of it.


Other Information:
"I need to create a beautiful atmosphere inside my body for things to flourish, for muscle to poke through taut skin, for weight to melt off.     Thank you so much for your comment on my blog! I too enjoy working out when I am going through something like that. I find that it helps me let out my aggression. We talked over the weekend and we are going to try and work on our relationship and see what happens until I go back home for school in the Spring. I hope you had an awesome day!

    Thank you for your comment on my blog! I really appreciate the support! I do have a lot of positive changes headed my way, but I am trying to have a more laid back approach to them so that I do not get too stressed and overwhelmed like I have in the past! And I feel that when I comment on other peoples blogs I get comments back. Motivating other people motivates me! :)
