I've lived in all 4 directions of the country. I'm in Maine now! I have been dealing with limited mobility and chronic pain since 2005. By 2015 , I'd gotten up to 300 pounds with all the medical problems that go with that much weight. My daughter helped me through that rough time. She coached and supported me as we worked out together. I lost my daughter March 6th. I'm not sure how it'll be on my new uncharted journey, without her, but I'm not going to waste the journey we shared.

Fitness Minutes: 32,449

My Goals:
1. My goal is to wear a size 12 in Jeans. Not stretch Jeggins, real jeans. I'm not sure what weight that will take.

2. I've changed my weight goal from 245 to 225. Then to 200. Then I thought, "I want to be in 'One-der-land', and not just 199." I want to at least go down to 195 so if I go back and forth a pound or two like we all do, I won't be in the 200's. I'll re-set my goal again when I get there.


My Program:
Yoga on Monday and Thursday X 1 hr.
Barre Aerobics on Tuesday.
Walking and stationary bike at home Wednesday X 1 hr.
Water Aerobics on Thursday X 1 hr.
Be thankful I survived Mon-Thur on Friday X 24 hr.
Saturday I volunteer at our areas hunger prevention center for 4 hours.
The rest of Saturday and Sunday cleaning, Working in yard, Walking dog, Family time.



Personal Information:
Old and fat. Can't change the old, but working on the fat part and feeling younger all the time.


Other Information:
I deal with pain on a daily basis, along with limited mobility, but I'm pushing myself when I can.
