Fitness Minutes: 3,580

My Goals:
To have people ask me if I've lost weight and proudly say yes,

For my kids to know me thin and fit,

To see my blood pressure normalize over time,

To see my glucose numbers lowered, DONE!

To lose 68 pounds
by March 31, 2012!

My Program:
I do 35 minutes of cardio on M, W, F and 40 minutes of strength training on T, Th, Sat.

I'm eating no more than 1550 calories a day. I'm not hungry and I have loads of energy. I take vitamins now, drink water like a fish, (a gallon a day)
and no crazy snacking!

Personal Information:
I'm originally from Indiana, the eldest of four kids.

I grew up in a wonderful neighborhood where we played outside all day long riding bikes, jumping double dutch, tracking clouds in the sky, playing with ants, watching the popsicle juice run down your arm and licking it away, and barefoot relay races. We didnt go inside until after dark - all sweaty and rambunctious. Full of life.

That's still me inside...but now that girl is coming back on the outside as a beautiful woman, fit and fun and still sweaty!

Other Information:
I love Alexander McCall Smith's series, the Bible, John Maxwell books, historical fiction, biographies and autobiographies, books on classical education, learning styles, and teaching art books.
