Following a plan to be consistent!!!


Consistency has always been a hard thing for me. I find it boring and restrictive. Only because I am a free spirit and hate boundaries. But I am finding out that being consistent is the key to losing and keeping it off. You can still be flexible and consistent in a way that does not feel restrictive. I love this program because it can do that for me. Find what works and go for it!!!!

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to forever burn away 158 pounds!!! I am only barely 5 feet and boy this weight hurts!

My Program:
 Track all food and move my body at least 10 minutes a day!!!


Personal Information:
I am a mother of two grown sons, Michael-34 and Ryan-31 and two stepkids Nate-29 and Kalie-27. I am also a mommy to three beautiful pitbull furbabies- Bella, Penny and Smokey!!! I love gardening and working from home.
