Introduction Text Hello, my name is Lisa. I live in a small community in the interior of BC Canada. My husband and I have three amazing children. One of which was diagnosed with a brain tumor at two months old. She gives me the hope, faith and strength everyday to keep my head up high and a smile on my face. I want to be healthy and set a good example for my family.

SMART Goal I would like to lose 10 lbs by the end of April 2016. I will achieve my goal by working out, inputting my calories/exercise on sparkpeople because I want to feel healthier and have more energy. I will use Sparkpeople to input my nutrition, weight and workouts Being healthy means I will be a good example for my kids and I will feel much better about myself. I will achieve my goal of weighing 155 lbs by April 30, 2016.

I will achieve my goal by working out, inputting my calories/exercise on sparkpeople. I will weigh-in and do my measurements once a week by using Sparkpeople.
