    Happy Thursday! I'm feeling great today - I worked out for an hour on the elliptical last night and then got up and did 30 minutes this morning, that is a total of 2 hours yesterday and today so far. I'm feeling good even though my weight this morning was up 3 pounds - I know that it will drop and its just from the work outs. What are your plans for today? Lets ROCK it!

    Happy Saturday! Hope you are having a great start to the weekend! I'm feeling fantastic - my weigh in this morning just made my day! I'm eating a healthy breakfast - my waffles w strawberries and Proflex Protein shake, I have lunch planned - leftover Kashi pizza, and dinner will be leftover spaghetti. Tomorrow I have easter pie in the morning and a drunch of ham, smashed red potatoes, and asparagus. I don't know if I'll work out today I'm pretty sore this morning but I don't know if I'll be able to deny the itch. Tomorrow I plan on doing at least 30 minutes again. What are your plans for the weekend?
