My Goals:
To laugh often, smile always and enjoy every day of this life I am fortunate enough to live.

My Program:
To track everything: food, exercise, water, sleep, motivation, meditation, stress, moods, etc. Then use the information to create new habits or emphasize those habits that are good for me.

Personal Information:
I am married to a wonderful human being who is the love of my life. In four years, I plan to change the focus of my life and begin a new adventure. Till then, I am striving to do everything I can to be healthier, happier and more at peace with myself.

Other Information:
Update: September 2018

During the summer, I met my weight loss goal. Now, I am negotiating a new calorie range and exercise goals with myself. So far, it has been hit or miss; patience with myself is a new goal. We are still planning our retirement, but living in the moment. Life is good.

Update: September 2019
Maintenance is HARD! I set a 5 pound range and have managed to stay at the low end until last month. Now, I am in the middle and it really bothers me. August 2019 was a very difficult month for many personal reasons. It lead to breaking my over two year streak logging food and exercise on SP. I am back to tracking and working on sleeping well again.

Retirement has been moved up - May 29, 2020 is the anticipated date. That assumes the economy doesn't go down the tank! And, yes, I am counting the days!

November 2019:
Gosh, just one week after my last update, I fell during yoga class and broke my humerus. I am now 10 weeks out and 85% healed.
