Doing well...not posting again until I make it past 6 months this time.

7/27/11- A lot has gone on since I lost my first 50lbs. On the outside to everyone it looks like I was holding it together, but in reality I went to food. I don't drink or smoke so it was my crutch. Finally I got it together. I wrote a blog about it and I had to remember, things are ALWAYS going to come up. Take a break if you need to, but don't give up. When whatever situation you are going through has been resolved, your weight will still need to be taken care of and if you've gained it back or weigh more than you did when you started, the depression will be worse. So, that being said you can look down and see I gained some back. I had originally gained back 11lbs. I know it was water and all that but still....it was on the scale. In just a few days my body is returning to normal. I will weigh in on Wednesdays and try and track my food on here. I am not back to working out yet, simply because the current situation makes it a little difficult. I have goals and I plan on reaching them!



4/12/11- Today I decided that the TF prep schedule was getting too easy for me. I'm going to officially start the regular schedule today. I'm making it effective yesterday. This is going to be pretty cool!


4/6/11- As of today I have gone from a BMI of 55 to a BMI of 48.2

**Update** 3/21/11
Today is the day I am starting TurboFire. I am starting with the 9 week prep class and going from there. Feeling like I'm back on track today! Here I go....

I was sitting here reading all that I had written on my journey since starting Sparkpeople, and I realized it was depressing me more than motivating me so I deleted it all!

My Goals:

Drink 8 glasses of water a day.

Go run and play with my kids.

No more stretch ANYTHING!!!

Hopefully be able to wear a strapless bra without it getting lost under my chest!!!

Show my arms!!

Go to the pool with the kids in a "regular" bathing suit(No skirts..unless it's cute lol).

Tankinis will not be used to hide my stomach!!!

Wear boy shorts and keep them from looking like thongs...wow lol.



My Program:
I am using my Beachbody programs. I lost my first 30lbs with Power 90 and I am now doing TurboFire.
I'm staying within my range of 1500-1800 calories or as close to it as I can get for right now.

I'm drinking LOTS of water each day also.

We'll see how this goes this time.



Personal Information:
My name is Tiffany. I'm a stay at home mom of 4 kids and married to a wonderful man! Staying at home should make it easy to stay healthy, but it makes it a lot harder to not get lazy. Time to do this for me!


Other Information:
I just don't have time for being fat anymore. It's something that has gotten in my way(literally) for too long and I WILL be the me that I feel inside.

    Keep thinking about it. We have an amazing powerful team this round and we have taken 1st place in EVERY challenge we've done. TNT/LCW/Weekend as well as 1st place losers one week and the past 3 weeks we have been the over all biggest loser team. R19 starts either the last Wed in April or the first Wed in May, I can't remember. That gives you almost 8 weeks. We would love to have you back. Rhonda isn't sparking anymore, she left mid round. And you might remember Lynn from the last round you were in, she is the second Co Cap.
