I want to be the best I can be. I want to enjoy my life and be able to do anything I think I might want to do. I want to be able to wear clothes from any store I want to shop in. I want to be able to sit by a hotel poll without feeling like I should hide myself. I want to live well and play hard.

What it all comes down to is that I want to feel free to be who I am in my mind. For I am a Succulent Wild Woman and deserve to live a juicy life as Sark describes.

My Goals:
To weight less than 199lbs by December 2009. To weight less than 170lbs by April 2010.

When I reach my ultimate goal of 155lbs, I want to completely splurge on myself and have a head to toe makeover to complete my personal redesign.

1. Eating a healthy breakfast.
2. Taking my lunch.
3. Cooking!
4. Exercising every day at least 15 minutes.

Happily married to another work-a-holic.

So far, I've lost about 60lbs. 2006 was a year spent on a long journey trying to find what works for me and finding ways to stay motivated. It wasn't an easy year, in fact I quit trying after the first 30 lbs and just maintained for about 6 months during which I gained back 10lbs. I jumped back on track in November and have shed 20lbs+. 2007kicked off to a rough start, but I've learned a lot along the way and feel stronger for all of the challenges.

    Thank you for the support. I was very surprised to see mail from someone I didn't know. Thanks so much! I try to use the treadmill in the complex where I live. Not being used to exercising or walking that much, I found that 20 minutes at 1.5 mph was good enough for a start for me. It's a little boring but I have to do it. I wish you well with all of your goals? By the way, are you a Red Head? I am but usually dye it a blonde color in the warmer weather.

    Thank you so much for your comment. For the last two months I have been monitoring what my children eat and I have noticed it does involve lots of wasted foods, but the result is paying off. Both of my boys seem to have lots of energy. By the way, congrats on your weight loss as well. You look like you are now at my next goal weight. Can't wait to be there too. I know you won't wait for me though and that is a good thing! LOL. Keep up the amazing work.
