My personal Daily goals are to Track what I eat, move more, drink water and encourage someone. Weekly goals are to read a book and do one work out or yoga class that is new or different from my usual routine. Monthly goals is to do a 5k, volunteer for at least 8 hours, and spend time with someone I usually donβt. My yearly goal is to get through this legal court system and get awareness for the needed changes.
