Hi everyone, lately I've had a lot going on. Between my own health my families issues and health I can't seem to stay focused on my own goals. So I've decided I'm pulling out of all teams and everything. There's no point in trying if I can't even come in and log on daily to do stuff. There's just too much going on. My family is demanding too much of my time and attention I have nothing to devote to myself for me. This is always how it goes so why try. Sorry for wasting your time.

My Goals:
Long term goal is to lose 45-50lbs and be healthier, fit, and stronger.


My Program:
8 Week 2019 Fall 5% Challenge. Mediterranean Diet (Vegetarian- eggs & fish allowed)



Personal Information:
Married with a 13 year-old son, 3 kitties and a bunny. We just bought a house with a garage; which is awesome- no more frozen car in the winter...yay!??


Other Information:
I am trying my hardest to be positive because I have so many reasons to be positive. I have gotten so used to being a chronic pessimist it's hard to change. But recently my life has done a total 180, I have things now that I never thought I'd have, ever. I have a reason to be thankful, a reason to feel blessed, a reason to be positive, and a reason to change for the better. I am ready to make that change, as scared as I am, because I don't want to lose it, I want to be happy and enjoy what I have now, because I've never had it. And I can't do that if I'm constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop because I'm being pessimistic. So this is me starting out to make a change for a new and better me.
