Introduction Text My entire focus is going to be using this program to lose weight and stay on a serious fitness routine. I want to become a healthier person and a more fit parent for my two children and myself. I started my diet modification on 5/2/07 and have lost 14 lbs so far, so I'm off to a good start. UPDATE: Getting ready to ring in the year 2012. I had lost weight and now I'm right back to where I was above in 2007. I need to get series and I can't wait to start this journey again with the wonderful people and all the help offered on this website.

To lose 100 lbs To gain muscle and to get fit To adopt a healthy lifestyle I can follow for the rest of my life. 12-25-2011 ~ to go to the gym at LEAST 3 times a week. I have a foot injury and I'm praying I can keep up with this goal

Right now I'm watching calories, portions, opting for healthier choices. Drinking a ton of water and walking my butt off! Literally.

I'm from Michigan. I have two kids and a nice collection of pets. lol. I love the outdoors. Absolutely love the water/beach and taking in nature. I enjoying reading, watching some TV ~ love the Sopranos & American idol. I also love going to the movies (it's going to be sooo hard to pass up that popcorn!)
