I'm done playing around. Time to get serious again.
It's important for me to watch what I consume, not just for weight loss, but to balance my ADHD too
One of my 2015 goals: Complete six 5Ks!

Diet for Quality of Life
I have recently been convicted that I need to treat my diet with the same attention and priority as I do my medication.
Same with my sleep, exercise, supplements, and water intake.
For the months of September and October 2015 I am on a strict diet protocol. See my blog for specifics.
I will reevaluate at that point how long to extend it, or how to alter.
