This is probably the third or fourth time I've come back to my SP. We'll i was up to 350lbs and in a little over a years time I've lost almost (little over 20lbs away) 100lbs. I am currently at 277lbs. I was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease stage 3A in January of this year (2018) I was on Keto and it sped up the progression of my CKD due to high protien. So here I am almost 100lbs smaller and trying to get my kidneys back on track. So thanks for reading and feel free to friend me.

My Goals:
Goals.
1. weigh under 300lbs
2. Lower my A1C
3. Have my tummy not touch the steering wheel.
4. Fit into booths at restaurants when I go out with the family.
5. to fit into my 2xl shirts again.
My Program:
I'm on a "My Way" program, that means that I have spent countless hours online reading about diets and health food and exercise and anything and everything that I can that involves my health. So I am pretty much just eating healthier no more processed foods (that's a hard one with my family.) I have been laying in bed for about six months so as far as exercising goes at the moment I am working on just being able to walk around the block and then once I get used to that I will add another block and so forth and so on. I plan on starting The biggest Loser Yoga. Haven't do so yet but that's the plan (once my bruised rib heals.) Food wise I just count cals I don't deny myself of anything because I know once I start doing that I will relapse and probably go over 360 pounds (my heaviest weight.) So all in all for my body type and just starting out I'm just exercising slowly and steadily and logging everything I eat and watching cals and staying away from processed and fast foods! Oh and don'
