I've never been able to stay motivated to live healthy, but now with five kids I really need to. I don't want to look 18 again. Just have more energy and feel comfortable in my own skin.

1)Give up soda
2)30min of cardio daily
3)find a routine that works and stick.with.it
4)start to see my middle shrink again
5)healthy meals at least 3x a week
My Program:
1) 10+ minutes of cardio daily
2)yoga/pilates 3x a week
3)strength training 3x a week
4)walk/jog/run outdoors 1x week
