    Welcome to the emotional eaters team. You will get a lot of support, advice and encouragement here. Post us often. We will listen and help pick you up when you mess up and pat you on the back when you succeed. A valuable tool is the nutrition tracker. You will find it under the my tools tab. It will show your calories, fat, carbs and protein. Drink 8 glasses of water a day and get 30 grams of fiber with the water a day. Exercise 30 min. a day. Spark mail me if you need any help. Check out my spark page. Maybe it will inspire you.
