Introduction Text I have had a weight problem since I gave birth to my first child, even though I lost the weight, I had to really try to keep it off and that was not easy. Then with brith of my second child again I took it off but it just got harder and harder the older I got, unitl when I went into a state of depression and started on antidepressants I started gaining weight and did not have the energy to try to control it so I gave up. Now I am tried of being a quitter and want to try to get the weight off and get healthy.

Lose weight to feel better and to be healthier

I am watching my portion sizes....cutting back on soda...no late night snacking...working on exercising thats not going to well as of yet can't seem to move after working all day long.

My Name is Janene I have been married for 28 years and have two children and one beautiful grandaughter. 2 cats Ebony and Taz and 1 schnauzer named Zoe.

I loveto do crafting, (crocheting, beading). Spending time with my family.
