Introduction Text It has been a rollercoaster ride. From 220 pounds to 140 (with many thanks to sparkpeople) Then another loss of 14 pounds, which put me in the hospital (I have Ulcerative Colitis) for 2 weeks. I was put on a I.V. shot straight through my arm into my heart to feed and wasn't even allowed to drink water. Ice chips only. After being discharged I was put on many meds, sometimes I gain and sometimes I lose, and it really doesn't seem like I have much control over it. Now at 140 I'm only trying to maintain a healthy weight, I could happily lose 5 pounds, but I'm just as happy to stay right where I am.

Maintain 140 pounds.
