I just wanted to update this intro since I'm restarting a journey that has taken me a while. For some background, I joined WW on June 6th at 138, and lost 4 lbs the first week to 134. From there on, I only lost like .4 each week and eventually just kind of plateaued around 130. Well, once I got back into my Fall semester at grad school, and my grandpop started to take a turn for the super worse, I began to fall completely off the WW wagon (the WWW if you will! haha), and have gained back as of this morning back to 134. So it's a bit frustrating that since June 6th, I have only lost an overall 4 lbs.

So now I'm restarting my motivation at 134. During high school I was between 122-132, so I know I've been there before. During college, I was up at 155-160, so I've also been much worse! I am starting to appreciate the journey I've already taken from my ultimate high weight. I'm trying to look at myself in a realistic manner and say "Look how far I've come!"

I had lost down to 125 two winters ago, but again through stress, I ate my way up to that 138. So I know I can do it! And I was proud of myself the first time for getting down to 134, so why shouldn't I still be proud of myself at 134?! It's just a number, and I can do this again, I CAN get to my goal!!!

Fitness Minutes: 2,470

My Goals:
1) Go from 138 to 130 as a mini-goal
2) Ultimate weight goal of 120-125

3) Lower triglycerides level
4) Lower resting pulse rate

5) Run a 10-min mile (which i know is still slow, but would be good for me right now... eventually i'll knock that down)
6) Be able to run a full 5k without stopping

7) Eat at least 2 fruits per day
8) Eat at least 2 vegetables per day (yes, i know, we should be getting 5-7... well, coming from ZERO, i'd say 2 is a good goal for now)

My Program:
Attempting this 17 Day Diet thing

Zumba 2x per week
Weights 3x per week
Walking/Biking 2x per week

Personal Information:
i'm italian, so it's pretty redundant to say that i love food ;c)

Other Information:
