Finding the brighter side
My name is Lexy (short for Alexandra). I'm currently 28 and this is my third start on Sparkpeople. I had previously lost 70lbs and then gained it all back because I wasn't able to maintain a healthy habits. I hope that this time around it will stick. I like to read, walk, and hope that soon I'll be able to volunteer.

My Goals:
Well my goals are to just be healthy and happy (well happier with who I am). I would like to be just a healthy regular weight and shop for clothes in a regular clothing store.
My Program:
Cutting out sweets and soda, limiting the amount of caffeine I consume...exercising on a regular basis. Increasing the amount of fruit, vegetables, and water I eat. I need to stop eating bread and white flour processed items.
Personal Information:
I am from San Francisco. I'm married to an incredible man for five years this coming August. I've got a degree in Political Science and work as a retail manager.
Other Information:
I love to read. I love to cook. The arts, music, anything that you can dance to.
