My Goals:
*Loss 12 lbs in 2015

My Program:
 *Get back to Drinking water - at lease 8 glasses per day
*Two green smoothies a day, one salad. Plan full meal on the weekend.
*Zumba class at least twice a week, walk all other days
*45,500 steps per week



Personal Information:
Work in financial industry for over 25 years; enjoy reading, knitting, birding, geneology, dancing, guitar playing
