I am very motivated to learn to eat right, and to exercise faithfully!
I am currently working very hard to achieve these goals. I want to be thinner the next time I see my daughter and grandkids! I hope to lose enough weight to be healthy and get off my current pills for HBP and diabetes!

My Goals:
To loose weight, to get in better physical shape. To get healthy enough to get off some medication!

I made the above goals when I joined. I since have become very sick. I have Multiple Myeloma, a blood cancer that is not curable. I have had two large blood clots in my left leg. So instead of getting off medicine, I have added some.
2 years ago I went to Seattle and had a SCT.
My how the years change your goals!


My Program:
Trying to keep busy exercising.
Mon-water walking, chair exercise, walking
Tue-line dancing, walking, Zumba
Wed-water walking, chair exercise, walking
Thur-clogging, walking, bowling
Fri-water walking, chair exercise, walking
Sat-Zumba, walking



Personal Information:
Hi, I am Vickie from Casper, WY

Retired from State of Wy on 30th anniversary.

When much younger, I served in USMC and WYARNG


Other Information:
I like bowling, clogging,line dancing, quilting, scrapbooking, and reading.
I have one child, and 2 grandchildren, and 2 step grandchildren!

I enjoy watching sports.
Especially Casper ubaseball team, CO Rockies, Denver Broncos, and sometimes the Aves
also any of the grandkids sports if I can attend.

They live 5 1/2 hrs away in CO.

    Welcome to SP. It's a great site! Be sure and sign up for Spark America and when you set up your exercises, just remove any you can't do or don't want and put in those you do. Be sure and schedule a day for cardio so you have access to the "other exercises" page where the walking, housework, playing with children etc. are to be found. When you are done, set up your Appointment calendar to send you reminders and when they come, click on the link then fitness and just check them off as you do them. Such a great feature. Use your spark points page to help you use and learn all the fantastic tools we have at this site. I see you have a BP issue, I did till I took 1200 units of garlic a day and a few months later dropped to 500 when my BP dropped from 220/110 to 120/79 and has stayed @12 yrs now. Visit others pages and get to know them better. Again, welcome to a great site.
