very cool on all the haunted travel. I have a list myself but all of that has been put on hold until DD gets just a little bigger. :)

Thanks for commenting on my blog!! I think most of us "start there" with the "healthy diet foods" that are rather processed. It's a good step in the right direction, but not a place to stay forever with eating. I think too many people that wither and give up hope before reaching goal try to set out to "eat clean and perfect" right when they realize their own "before brains" and horrible habits. In my experiences, it's worth going through the chapters of eating evolution to really understand what works and what doesn't.

Sounds like you're right there alongside me! Enjoy your venture into eating clean. Only a few weeks in, I can tell a huge difference in how I'm feeling overall. :) The biggest downside though.... expensive. :( LOTS of fresh produce, and I eat TONS of protein, which is a lot of money on groceries per week. I'm going to see how the next three months go, and then reassess how I'm feeling and if the huge difference in food-budget is manageable and worth it for long term lifestyle. You'll have to let me know what you think, too!

I was so happy to hit that! Summer has been really slow for weight loss but I know I have been eating way too much sodium. So I am starting to get back to eating less sodium and I can already see a difference in the scale. Hoping to get another 20 pounds off. :)
