7/11/17 I cant believe it has been almost a year since I have stepped into this place. Shame Shame on me. Still standing in the same spot, feel like I am banging on the glass yelling, but no one can hear.

I am constantly trying to find ways to keep myself motivated. I have decided to post weekly weigh-ins here so that I will be holding myself accountable. Up until now I had been only recording weigh-ins on my ticker when there was a loss. If I gained any back I didn't want to see the bunny go backwards so I just ignored it. I need to stop denying the truth so here goes:

Sugar is worse than drugs... at least public perception of street drugs is correct.
My mom used to say SUGAR! instead of saying
$#@! the other s word.
Its too bad our govt is too busy devising a twisted web of busywork that distracts from the fact that our food supply has become less nutritious and is causing all this chronic disease. That if we just went back to the old way of eating--real food-- the act of paying for health care would not be the daunting crisis that it appears to be.

    Way to find the positive in the situation! I actually purposefully cook things I prefer when I want leftovers my own lunches. Hang in there... it took my Mr. about 6 months to really get on side. I think you handled it well... he can always cook for himself if he prefers.

    Thank you for your kind comment on my blog 'Whole30 - Day 2'. When I wake up early, I eat slowly, BPC coffee with banana first, than sometimes after, egg muffin or stuff similar. But yeah, it makes for longer day.. Or maybe, I am adjusting and will get better!

    The agent my Mom bought her Long-Term Insurance from is now in Texas with a different company and the agent who took her place has passed away. Agents are also becoming a thing of the past. They used to serve as a buffer between the policy holder and the company, but now you are at their mercy and you are lucky if you talk to a human being or get a call-back. It is very discouraging.
