My Goals:
My goals are to change my lifestyle both nutritionally and activity wise and to be on the road to be happier and healthier me.

My Program:
 I can't wait to get started again!


Personal Information:
Nutrition has been a focus of my life for the past 35 years. My mother was diabetic and my son was diagnosed at age 2. I am also a public school school nutrition director. I think it is probably way passed the time for me to get with the program.

Other Information:
 Finally!, I am finished with school for a while. I love to read, spend time with family and friends and life in general!
