I have been advised to follow you! My husband and I are considering the global nomad life once we can travel again. It sounds like such an adventure!

I'm still weird in one respect. I do not like fries. That's almost un-American isn't it?
Give me a baked potato every time.

Nope--I immediately gave all the wet cad food away to preserve her teeth as long as possible. I can NOT afford another extraction, nuh-uh. She turned up her nose at her second serving of dry food yesterday, so there was nothing to put in her bowl this morning. i just gave her one tablespoon of Purina Party Mix dry cat treat, which she devoured. I know it doesn't have the all required nutrients that actual cat food does--it's junk food for cats. I also know from past experience that if I mix it in with her dry food, she will pick it out of the food and leave the food behind. I went through this when my cat Smokey accquired cat IBS--it will take about a week but when it becomes her only option, she'll eat it.

Thank you for reading my blog “… not Donna Reed” and sharing your story
Meat, potatoes and a frozen veggie were our dinners too along with the Pizzeria owned by a local family from Sicily. That's where we first discovered oregano as a spice.
We had our first Big Macs in 1970 and sadly decided they tasted better than our home cooked burgers. Must have been that addictive "secret sauce"

Chag Purim Sameach to you as well. I didn't wish anyone a Happy Purim because my life got so busy and I just didn't have enough energy to celebrate or go to services on line with my own congregation. So it kind of was a blip on my radar last week when we did a study session about the deeper meanings of Purim last week. I hope next year is better, and includes Hamantaschen!
