2013 is the year I started running! I just finished the Couch to 5k program and it WORKED!!!!!

In the last few days, I have been searching this site for active users who inspire and motivate. If I've friended you, I hope we get to know each other:)

I'm using this site to find a good strength training routine. I like the tracking system here, the charts and graphs are very helpful to visualize success.

I love everything Cassey Ho. She is such a great motivator for toning and shaping. I love how I cannot ever do her new videos through to the end, but I get a little better every time.

Some of my hobbies are reading, cooking, bicycling, finding new pilate moves, walking, flower gardening, watching movies, playing Puzzle Pirates, and spending time with friends. I'm 35, married, have a great dog, and two cats. I work part-time as a rural mail carrier and I love it.

Running Schedule for C25K: (subject to change if I need to repeat a week)
Week One: completed 1/04/13 !
Week Two: completed on 1/11/13!
Week Three: completed on 1/18/13!
Week Four: completed on 1/25/13!
Week Five: completed on 2/01/13!
Week Six: completed on 2/08/13!
Week Seven: completed on 2/15/13!
Week Eight: COMPLETED ON 2/22/13!!!!!
I am now a runner!

Maybe there's a St.Patrick's Day Run, that could be my first 5K!

My current plan of attack:
Running 3 days a week, Mon, Wed, Fri
Chasing the elusive chin-up, Mon, Wed, Fri
Squat workout, Tues, Thurs, Sun
Pilates, aiming for some every day
