    Thank you for the comments and birthday wishes on my blog
    I have actually got a 4 wheel walker - - I think you call them rollator) but since I can only walk a few meters at present - it hardly matters.
    Keep on walking - and also try other exercises to increase strength - maybe chair exercises - there are heaps of suitable ones - Ooops!! You already do Chair Exercises (I hope)- sorry!!

    I'm glad you got another opinion about yoga. I used to enjoy donig it and I would certainly sweat! It also helped with ciruclation, posture, and also mental health.
