Introduction Text I am 59 and a retired on disability RN, I worked for 25 years at Younteville Veterans Home in California and loved it. I was married for 33 years, now divorced. Goal ;I would like to wear size 6 cloths again, and have my Cholesterol where my doc told me it should be. I want to weigh less than 125. Walk 5000 steps every day. I want to have energy!!

Drink 8 glasses of water every day . Make better choices in what I eat, low-fat low-cholesterol. Eat more whole foods. sleep 8 hours a day. Wear my pedometer every day and walk a least 5000 steps. Track my meals and active.

I live in Middletown ,CA. I just turn 56. I have a 27 year old daughter and a 3 year old granddaughter

I have had dozens of different animals cats, dogs horses, goats squirele,hamster, mouse,calves, lambs.Chickens,duck, turkeys, rabbits. Can you tell I'm a animal lover!!
