    Your blog is so feisty lately. I love it!

    I share your chagrin at the "holy crap, I've been at this for 4 years" realization. I found a picture of myself the other day from when I was in the 170s. Hard to believe that I ever weighed that.

    I read today that it takes the successful weightloss loser (is that an oxymoron) 10-12 attempts to finally get to goal. We should be golden, eh?!?
