Introduction Text Just a quick note to say thankyou to all my friends out there who are always there to lend support and advice.....you know where I am if you need a shoulder to cry on too...

My goal is to become healthy again to be able to take part in life in the full. to be able to have more time with my children and grandchildren and my dear husband.

tracking my food is showing me where I need to make a difference. exercise is slowly building up starting with the exercise bike.

I live in the UK with my husband. we returned here from South Africa 18years ago. we have 3 children and 3 granchildren. Was made redundant last April and so for the time being I am not working. Giving me the me time that I have needed for some time!

Enjoy craft work, took a short course last year on stained glass - leanrt the art of sugarcraft in the past and still make cakes for close friends. love to read and enjoy my movies and tv serials such as Grey's, Brothers and sisters, Bones, House. and period drama's. Love to travel and see new places and cultures.
