    Hi Paula. To make a long story short, my sister is suing me to get control over my Dad's estate. He made me Power of Attorney over finances and she wants control and access to the $. It is sad but I just want it to be over so I can get it behind me. It has really shaken me and I honestly did not think my sis would do this but money is the root of all evil.

    Hey there - just saw your post on the Determination and Accountability team. I hope it's going better staying within your calorie range. I also saw on your page that one of your goals is to eat more fruits and veggies - I am trying to do that to... it's fruit that I have a problem with! But... I discovered yummy that I wanted to share with you as it makes a great low cal dessert/snack.
    Sliced fruit with fat free yogurt is my new go-to treat! We are starting to see strawberries and blueberries on sale here so I slice up half a cup of strawberries, mix in half a cup of blueberries and 2 tablespoons of yogurt. You can add a little sweetener or a teaspoon of sugar if your fruit is too tart. Mix it all together and enjoy. I usually want loads of sugar on my berries to eat them which kind of undoes the good benefits - the yogurt helps with the creamy sweetness! So simple - not sure why I never did it before! Sliced bananas go well in the mix too!
