    Getting a good nights sleep is a valuable commodity these days. Weight Watchers Magazine reports that 70% of American women are plagued with sleep problems. 31 percent have trouble falling asleep while 24 percent don’t have enough time to sleep and 18 percent have trouble staying asleep. Getting enough sleep can really affect your weight and your risk of being obese - -the less sleep you get, the greater the risk. The two hormones that tell you to eat and also to stop eating are directly affected by the amount of sleep you get. Experts say that most of us need 7 and a half hours a night. By sleeping less than that, your metabolism slows down and cortisol levels rise which gives you a greater appetite. So make sufficient sleep your priority so your exercise will be effective and efficient.
